Data Deletion Request

This page explains how users of EntertainTech Solutions apps can request deletion of their personal data, in accordance with Facebook Platform, GDPR, and similar privacy requirements.

Applies to our apps:
Blowy, TalkingPet, AI Tattoo Designer, AI Logo Maker, Solve IQ, Antica AI, Decorium AI, GreenScore, and other apps published by EntertainTech Solutions, LLC.

GreenScore (antler scoring app)
GreenScore has no accounts and never asks for your name or email address, so you can remove most of your data yourself, in the app:

Map entry: switch off “Count my buck on the map” on the result screen or on the trophy’s screen, or delete the trophy. Either removes the entry from the community map.
Trophies, photos, notes and settings are stored only on your iPhone: delete the trophies in the app, or uninstall the app. Uploaded antler photos are deleted from our servers within 30 days.
Everything else we hold for your installation (estimate records, Hunt Forecast check-ins and the installation registration): in the app open Settings → Contact support and ask us to delete your data. That email already contains your installation ID, which is the only way we can find your data, so please do not delete that line. You do not need to give us an email address in advance; we reply to the address you write from.

If you cannot send mail from the app, write to support@blowy.tech with the installation ID from Settings → Contact support (it appears as “User ID” in the draft email). Without it we cannot identify your data. See also the GreenScore Privacy Policy.

Which app is this request about?*

Your email address, if the app asked for one

Optional. We will use it only to process your deletion request and confirm completion. GreenScore never collects an email address: use the installation ID below instead.

What happens next?
After we receive your request, we will:

Confirm receipt of your request via email.
Verify your identity and ownership of the account, if needed.
Delete or anonymize your personal data in our systems within 30 days of confirming your request, except where we must keep some data to comply with legal obligations (for example, accounting or fraud‑prevention records).
Send you a confirmation when the deletion process is completed.
